Im still in contact with the company they referred me to, the company is asking for proof i sent them all the proof. I dont know if they will refund me or not. Im never using loungekey again

Incorrect deductions

Hi...I have been charged USD70 incorrectly at the Melbourne lounge today. it was just checked if the Card would be acceptable at the lounge or not.

The person at the Lounge checked and confirmed that the card is acceptable but cannot be used since the name on the card does not match with boarding pass. Hence there were no transactions done at all. However still USD 70 were charged at my card.

I called my bank also and they confirmed about this transaction. Kindly refund the money to the same card as there were no transactions done.

Icici Bank Card, last four digits: 0006

Problems when trying to register - Invalid registration Token?

I am trying to register a NEW LoungeKey account with my new FNB Global Credit card as the previous global card expired and I'm having no success in changing the credit card details. Amanda from Lounge Key asked me to confirm the new credit card details and asked me to register a new account.

Well, that is what I have been trying to do numerous times the past week without any success or further help from Loungekey support.

the website said they are available 24/7 but that is a lie.

Today I tried again several times and got the following error: invalid registration token? huh?

That doesn't make sense - as nowhere on the application does it ask me for a registration token.

My flight is next week and I've spent hours to sort this out without any success although they deducted money from my credit card.

Do you have to reregister a new Loungekey account when your previous Global credit card expires and the new card has a different number on the card? This question I've asked numerous times without getting any feedback.

Where do I lodge a complaint to regulators for not treating customers fairly?

I mean is this the treatment you would want?

Also, I've requested them to phone me back at +27 8******** as I cannot phone out but they ignore me like a stop street.

My Global credit card account number changed and the LoungeKey account I had kept on asking me to update the credit card details which I did. Every time it deducted 1 US$ from my Card account (which wasn't a problem for me) but then I noticed the problem is not sorted.

It kept on asking me to update my details - which I did numerous times - without success.

Then Loungekey phoned me which I appreciated and Amanda asked me to confirm my credit card details which I did - she then requested me to register a new account.

I tried to do did numerous times in the past week without any success - first I got the error username not right? after changing that more than once (attempting to register a new card), the next error popped up Invalid registration token!! Huh Firstly, nowhere on the application does it ask for a registration token and secondly where on earth must I get that from?

Again I tried to get help from Loungekey support - NO SUCCESS they don't want to assist me - only replying with the same stupid email reply... blablabla - this problem or error is not on their FAQ Can someone get it in their heads!!

i have tried to change the card type and the card number in Lounge Key account, but it didnt work. i deleted the account and wanted to open it again.but the system does not let me to do this and sending constant errors.

any ideas how i can reopen my account again?
