I'm a senior citizen and I'm being charged a late fee
Now that LWC start billing monthly I'm having to pay a late fee every month. My bill was set up for payment around check time.
Now I get billed 2 times a month. With the late charge already added to my bill. I get two bills monthly. Before a full 30 days is up.
PONZI. now its 2 bills monthly instead of 1 bill every 2 months.
PONZI, their billing system is SCAMMING. I say that because they have a late charge added before it's due.
