Part missing on 8 foot step ladder that was just delivered
- - 8' Louisville Ladder fiberglass step ladder (W-3118-08); one leg is missing a rubber foot; Walmart says contact the manufacturer for replacement.
The missing part was said to not be in stock and could not be sent to me but will be in about 2 weeks. We will see if that happens. So it has yet to be resolved.
Too soon in the process to make a determination.
The Walmart site said to contact the manufacturer for this problem. I do not want to put everyone through the return process for such a small problem, but I need the footie for stability purposes.
