Reimbursement of garnishment

My state tax was garnished. This was an overpayment. It was garnished in March and its now October. Ive spoken with several employees there. The first one told me she saw nothing on this matter. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she came back with it will be released in two weeks. Its been a month now and no refund. The workers there have very bad attitudes. I feel if you dont like the job you have find one that does. The service is really terrible.

User's recommendation: Go to office and complain in person. I went there and I was not allowed past front desk. I was given phone at security desk. Never seen anything like this.

Mistreatment in the work place

I think that the boss at Best Western in New Roads should be replaced with a boss that care and treat his workers better. I have worked for the company faithfully 2 1/2 years no problems now here he go hiring a new worker who did as i once did but not as good as me. He treasts his workers horribly over work them, dont want the house keepers who to me are the heart of the place to work over time getting money they need but allow some to play on the clock come to work as they please but try to work those that work their butt off in the ground. Nobody at the front desk half the time to attend to guest, rooms half cleaned, bed remade instead of fresh linen i know i was inspector also there. He take hours from those who need it as well as days he needs a wake up call

Unemployment situation

I have called and called and called lwc concerning my weekly unemployment payment. Wait two hours on the phone. Only to have someone come to the phone. Ask you a few questions then hang up in your face. This happened four different times. I thought maybe it was a did function in the phone call but not when it happened four times. And I know they shouldve called back in that kind of situation. Something is not right at all. I wish someone could advocate for us people that need to contact our local unemployment agency.
