It's off and on that they do it. I know I have a case some you won't believe. I need help! I'm scared because I told them I was seeking legal help and would love to show what they have done to me since.

Let me explain myself in October my neighbor son I had stolen my keys and totaled my vehicle. He was 16 years old at the time.
Then he was not charged no tickets no nothing you know we lost our vehicle that we had I didnt have for maybe a year and living on a fixed income and cannot afford to get another vehicle. He goes to court and mother says, and they just slapped him on their hand and they didnt tell the pan or anything to the offer payment back to us now were stuck with a corn out that we cant afford to fix the loose. Why is that fair?
My father is 86 years old legally blonde Im his daughter and I try to take care of best as I can and then a child is gonna do that and get away with me that is not right that is not fair and not nobody has has to suffer to consequences except for us. Were fixing to lose this car that we bought, we cannot afford Help please

Assistance with an incident
We were involved on December 27 2021 when leaving the saints game on that date we were the first car in a line of 4 with the last vehicle that hit bursting into flames and exploded. We received three hits simultaneously.
No injuries at the time except for my stepdaughter and her father in the front seat had a minor immediate headache and my shoulder pain. Cannot get a report of any kind out of New Orleans district one police department. We live in Florida my stepdaughter and grandson live in Louisiana.
She is rn nurse supervisor in panchotula and I am a retired rn. Please help !!!!!!!

On Sunday October 31, 2021 I went into the Amite, La. Walmart Money Store (#03616) where I purchased a Walmart Money MasterCard/Green Dot Bank in the amount of $500 which I paid cash for.
I walk out of that store, remove the card from it packing, use my phone to call to register & activate my newly purchased money card. I call the toll free number that Green Dot Bank provides on the back of the card & after just a 2 minute hold time Im speaking to a Green Dot Customer Service Rep/bank employee of Green Dot Bank. I give this person the information she ask for and she informs me that the card that I just purchased moments ago is registered & activated in another persons name. I ask how that could be after all I just purchased the card?
She has no answers except she will void the card, issue me a case number which Ive been issued 20 plus of but yet to get my money back. Walmart, they arent any better. They just tell me they cant give me a refund for a card that they sold me and WALMART IS THE LARGEST STOCKHOLDER OF GREEN DOT BANK. Im a 61 yr old widow woman that lives on a very limited income.
I cant walk away from $500 of my honest & worked hard for money. I have sent both Green Dot & Walmart countless copies of my receipt, copy of front and back of the card, its packaging, EVERYTHING I HAVE FROM THE POINT IF SALE & I cant get any help but ANOTHER CASE NUMBER from a person that not even located in the United States.
This has been the most horrible purchase I have ever made & it has caused me financial hardship & getting to go see my children for the holidays.
I wish you would please try to help me get my money from these people PLEASE. I wont forget it at re-election time !
