Review authors value the most Website and Reliability. Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy. The price level of this organization is low according to consumer reviews.
Return Policy
I made the mistake of not reading this companies return policy prior to the purchase of two Progress Lighting fixtures. However, I did not plan on having to make a return.
I purchased the light fixtures on March 23, 2020. I requested a copy of the packing slip on March 30, April 2, and April 3 but to no avail. I then requested return labels on April 3 and found out that they do not provide prepaid return labels as the other lighting companies that I have dealt with in the past (Lighting by Jared, Build.com, Lighting New York). The postage to return ended up costing me $28.80 and then I made the same purchase from Lighting New York who matched the price.
Emails to Louie Lighting have gone unanswered. I do not want to deal with a company that offers bad customer service.
