Return Policy

I made the mistake of not reading this companies return policy prior to the purchase of two Progress Lighting fixtures. However, I did not plan on having to make a return. I purchased the light fixtures on March 23, 2020. I requested a copy of the packing slip on March 30, April 2, and April 3 but to no avail. I then requested return labels on April 3 and found out that they do not provide prepaid return labels as the other lighting companies that I have dealt with in the past (Lighting by Jared, Build.com, Lighting New York). The postage to return ended up costing me $28.80 and then I made the same purchase from Lighting New York who matched the price. Emails to Louie Lighting have gone unanswered. I do not want to deal with a company that offers bad customer service.
