Lou Fusz Kia

Since I've received my vehicle back from getting my engine repaired, my vehicle has been having problems starting up. Been to Lou fusz several times to the department to fix.

Only one time the tech actually put a different part on which you can look up. I know my vehicle has many problems but this particularly problem didn't start until the tech did my engine. Who do I talk to for the next step.

Not having a vehicle will cost me my job for providing for my family. Thank you

I was at Lou Fusz Kia in St. Louis, MO on 1/5/2012 at about 5:15 pm and spoke with Bruce Mady.

It should be mentioned that the people who were there yesterday, excluding Bruce Mady, were probably the most unprofessional lot I have ever encountered in what is supposed to be a professional environment. My experience at Lou Fusz Kia was significantly different from my experience at Lou Fusz Toyota a year and a half ago. I realize it was late in the work day, and I am merely a young black male, and thus perhaps not considered an important potential customer in the grand scheme of the Lou Fusz Kia process, but it was still very off putting to see grown professionals behaving like unruly children on the showroom floor. One guy kept making a very load "wheeee" sound over and over again, almost the whole time I was there.

And another one, supposedly the manager, which I could hardly believe, keep making inappropriate jokes and comments to Bruce Mady, even while he was trying to help me - it's a wonder Bruce was able to stay professional while dealing with me. I am very certain that were I an older white male in a suit, those guys there last night would have behaved much better. I discussed this with my fiancé last night, who is in the market for a sportage (in fact I told Bruce that she would likely come to Lou Fusz Kia next weekend), and she now has no intention of going there.

Again, I'm sure that my fiancé and I are very low on your list of priorities or potential customers, so you don't really care about our business or comments, but this all still needed to be said. Yes, it is certainly true that I am not a wealthy individual of importance, but it's a shame that I would have to be for your employees to behave properly around me.
