Slippers leave black marks on the carpet so unable to wear them
I cant get through to customer services to report a problem. See below:
The Lotus slippers I had for Christmas have left black marks over my kitchen tiles and carpet so unable to use them.
I now have to get my carpet cleaned although it doesnt look like the marks can be removed. I can provide a video showing the problem.
