- - The last two orders didn't have the items I ordered.

The last two times I ordered bracelets and necklaces and did not get what I ordered. This has happened before and I requested my money returned because they didnt send me my merchandise at all.
I love their stuff, but Im never gonna buy there again because the last two orders were not what I ordered. I dont know who they have packing, but theyre illiterate.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. However the shipping and restocking costs were ridiculous.
Plus I never saw any mention of restocking fee when ordering. Very difficult to do business with. Just keep trying.
Apparently they are using AI and it was a nightmare. Actually have no idea how pissedconsumer got involved but that is what finally initiated a process for replacement.

However when I email Ed customer service they say the email and postal code doesnt match.
Yet I have the product and sent you a picture of the packaging slip. You keep requesting me to verify the email but since you say mine doesnt match I have no idea what you are looking for.

You dont really have a normal website system. I returned a pair of pants, which was supposed to be an exchange.
weeks later, when I hadnt received the package, I contacted customer service and it said I had a balance owing and they would be sending me an email about it. They never did.
I did find on the webpage somehow, somewhere that I owed $4.95 in shipping.
Well, that was easy enough to fix. Why didnt they notify me?
And then to say pissed customer phone number and put one qualification after another after another on your ability to simply reach them by phone, ridiculous and infuriating.
