Hi all, I'm a regular at lottogo.com for over 12 years. They have all my bank details, address, and have always taken my deposits, but this time, because it was a higher amount withdrawal, they froze my money until I upload another 3 forms of ID.
I don't have my DVLA with picture anymore, so it's an epic fail with another 48 hours until the bot reviews and fails again.
I sent countless emails (remaining unanswered), and there is no real-life person in customer help or even an active phone desk... I'm still in limbo today since 22.06.2026, anyone any ideas?

It has been more than 10 days since I was lied to that the transfer was made, but no money has arrived in my account. Still not got my winnings

I made a mistake and instead of depositing £100, I deposited £1000. As soon as you hit the button, the money is gone.
Other sites ask you to confirm the amount, but not Lottogo. I could not withdraw the extra money, so I had to try and win it back. I managed to win a bit more than half of it, then they suspended my account. I sent all the documents to verify me straight away and I've heard nothing from them at all.
I tried to contact them, but no, nothing back. It's been over 48 hours, and still nothing.
I am very disgruntled with them; I can't afford to lose all that money.

Withdrawal and account closure

Having reached the withdrawal threshold and photo ID being requested that I didn't have, they held onto my £150. I moved home, so I provided them with a new address and also my new driving licence over a week ago.
Still, my withdrawal hasn't been processed. Instead, I receive an email saying they are closing my account after a review, completely ignoring every email to process my withdrawal, which they said was queued a week ago.
Now the account is closed, the balance is still not in my account, and they continue to ignore emails. I will upload all screenshots to Trustpilot and Google.

Can’t contact anyone from LottoGo.
22 may. Withdraw £40.
Before I withdrew I contacted my bank as I lost my card. I deposited with the card I lost. Before I withdrew. I contacted my bank for a new card.
So they blocked the old card so when I withdrew my bank declined.
Ive got my new card and updated it on LottoGo. So will the £40 go into my bank

I'm really worried that my winnings...

I'm really worried that my winnings haven't been processed yet. It's been over 24 hours, and it has always been in my account within 2 to 4 hours, about 6 max, every other time.
It is only £59 in 2 parts, £24 and £35. I deposited with my Santander account (card) but changed it to my Virgin account to withdraw. I was overdrawn on Santander and needed all the money.
I was assured this was OK, but I'm still worried. I was told in the chat that I'm in the queue.
