Ordered a KN Air Filter from this seller back in November as a Christmas gift for a family member. Part arrived was different than part ordered.

Two stickers on the part that listed part number, one was correct for the part in the box, the other was correct for the part I ordered. I figured honest mistake. What a nightmare when I went to return it! First they claimed for 3-4 months to never have received any of the pictures I sent them.

Finally when I got frustrated and explained the issue and asked why they would treat a customer like this when it was their honest mistake and all I wanted was an exchange for the correct product I ordered, I received a "please wait for a response from the warehouse". That was over 3 months ago now. I am still waiting. They have been absolutely rude around an honest mistake that they made.

I have tried multiple times to contact them using multiple different methods and I keep getting brushed off.

All I want is the product I ordered. What garbage customer support and staff.

I ordered and paid for a 22" LG tv but received no sale conformation, have not been able to contact company. I have not received the tv and have been scammed out of the cost of tv plus GST. Angry
