I will never go back to this store again. I tried to buy some plants and some pumpkins and was treated very badly by an old miserable cashier.

I don't understand why businesses hire such toxic people.

I'm making sure I spread the word about this place. If I can prevent just one person from giving their money to them, I will feel I accomplished something.

Preferred solution: Retrain your cashiers to be polite and helpful

a extremely rude employee . For Unknown reasons, He began shouting extremely loud at me (as if he didn't take his medication ). I asked him to calm down( from his extreme loud shouting) as all I wanted is Mulch delivered ...He screamed across room, " Look at home DONNA, He wants me to calm down" "Calm down , ( he repeated ) "I am calm" screaming even louder into the ceiling ( camera??) He progressively escalated his abusive tone loudness, and behavior ranting " The old man wants me to calm down " and " look at him he is turning red" ( which I was) I asked him to temper himself at this point ...ROBERT T. then started mimicking me louder...repeating my words.

As I felt threatened , after ROBERT T mentioned something ?

( unintelligible) about Trump he became more unpredictable ...at which time I left Lots and More believing he may assault me... After leaving, I called the Manager ( DONNA) and stated no one should be treated like that FOR NO Obvious reasons...literally disorderly conduct by an employee,, elder abuse, customer abuse, and rudeness at its extreme, again for no reasonable apparent explanation, ( reasonable being the operative word by an unreasonable employee) ( unless he did not take his medication)

ATTN CORPORATE, this employee should not be working at Lot and more interacting with customers, he is abusive and threatening ...check your video recordingcall

If you go to the Lots and More South Windsor page on Facebook, you will see in the comments many other people commenting their terrible experiences at this place.

Why are so many of the items that I purchase on Tophatter REFUNDED. Then I see the same items being sold once again

Abusive behavior at a local business

The more I read about Lots&More in South Windsor CT, the more that it scares me that places and owners in this world continue to exist. I watched the owner harass 3 woman employees today for pricing things incorrectly.

He called them losers, stated that they are not "leaders" and that they were useless. One could not have been more than 20 years old. It was so unbelievable. When my husband said, "Hey, this is really unprofessional, I have my wife here and we are shopping" He called him by multiple profanities, and told him he was going to "F&*% him up" and followed him to the car spewing threatening statements the entire way.

Really?? For purchasing flowers and being a human? How comical. It was so bad that we actually called the police.

Of course there was nothing that they could do, as it was his property. We are not ignorant and we knew this. There was a point to be made to the employees at this business. This is harassment.

If I stood fearful from 20 yards away, I can't imagine how you must have felt. I as well as my husband knew (as I see this owner has stated in other poor reviews on the web) the 100$ that we were going to spend maybe pennies in the long run for him, but there are labor laws for such things that occur in the workplace. No one should incur such abuse and harassment. It is unimaginable that anyone would purchase anything there.
