Terrible customer service

I arrived early for a piercing appointment by more than 30 minutes. HOWEVER I ended up waiting over 45 minutes past my appointment time. They didn’t even apologize although I complained about having to wait so long. I ended up having to leave but was told if I messaged them on FB the owner would set up a time for me to come in the next day. No one ever contacted me UNTIL I posted a don’t recommend on their business. I was then asked to message AGAIN. The entire time I was treated as a bother and talked down to. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. On the bright side, I didn’t get a nasty staff infection from this gross place.
