I purchased 2 General admission tickets and 1 child admission ticket but did not receive and email, text or a way to print the tickets. The website stated there was an error and rerouted me back to the home page.

However $61.00 was taken from my account.

I've emailed and called multiple times with no response. Not to mention their customer service is unreliable and not helpful once so ever.
