Verified ReviewerPaid for subscription - never received a single issue
- - Charged $19.95 for a Los Angeles Magazine subscription on 3/25/2024; no issues by November 2024 and inquiries by email and phone went unanswered.
Absolutely no surprise, but once again those at Los Angeles Magazine have totally ignored my request for a full refund. No magazines ever delivered should mean no payment but they must have a different way of accounting methods.
They have ignored my various email and telephone requests for a refund and now they have ignored the Pissed Consumer request. For sure, not a company to ever do business with!
I received a "transaction successful" message from the magazine which I had printed and filed away. I was traveling quite a bit and didn't realize until November that I had never received any issues. I contacted the company several times via email and telephone but have never received the courtesy of a reply.
The lack of professionalism is very disturbing. I would never recommend to anyone that a subscription to Los Angeles Magazine is a good idea because it is a very bad idea!
User's recommendation: Why bother with a subscription when it will never be delivered.
