Preferred solution: Tickets to see a game and maybe some merchandise for my grandson who was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma Cancer he will be 2 soon and gets to ring the bell next month there are 7 of us anything would be a blessing for him.

Worst company I have dealt with
- - Cardiff Tours tickets require signing in to an app.
- - We are in our 80s and find this process difficult.
- - We will not attend a Kings game again.
Bad people to deal with all we wanted was to go to the game with the supposed tickets with Cardiff tours now we are supposed to sign in on some app and create an acct. Look we are in our 80s and dont know how to do this anyway guess we will just chock it up to a bad experience and will never go to a Kings game again.
