Third day without delivery after paying for subscription on Thursday

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Disputed Credit Card

I am on auto-pay and Daily News Online they keep raising the rate and charging my credit card without my approval. I have not determined what triggers them to raise the rate against their promise.

But it seems like each year I am having to dispute their charge with my credit card, and they keep making the same promise to reset the rate and keep it there. I have told them that I prefer to cancel the service if the rate changes. The customer service reps have a script that does not answer the direct question, whatever it is.

This time they wanted me to wait for the finance department approval to charge me what they already promised. I don't care about their management, finance department or scripts, I just care about them keeping their promise.
