On 03/29/12 my father received a "Notice to Appear" issued by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department on behalf of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority for an alleged violation of VC 21453A for failure to stop at a red signal. It was on Woodman ave @Busway st.
He said that he passed a yellow light, but I didnt pay attention, because sometimes it happened when you see a yellow light but when you get closer it turns to red. We paid his ticket .
Couple of days ago I was driving the same way. I have noticed that under yellow lights the camera took pictures.
So my father was right. Where I should call?
