Got charge twice for one item

My boyfriend have purchased one item for a Leatherman clipper jacket, but they charge him twice on his bank account. Would like to get a refund back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Clippers have never apologized for anything.

Refund of deposit

On March 27, 2023, we met with salesperson, Jonathan Brady, to discuss half season tickets for LA Clippers pass. After much discussion, from both sides, we asked about a refund if we couldn't get seats in the section he showed and he stated "absolutely" we could.

On our virtual call on April 11th at 5 pm, he informed us "no seats were available due to customers before us buying them out". After discussing options and him trying to upsell us, we declined and asked about any later options and our refund of $100 each for deposit. He stated "absolutely" we would receive our deposit and would be in contact.

To date, June 5, 2023, Jonathan Brady, has NOT responded to either of us texts (using his text #), our emails to his email (shows "error sending") nor his phone number listed on his card. I hate to believe there was fraud committed over $100 from each of us but what other possible explanation is there?

We are demanding our refund of $100 each as assured to us by Jonathan Brady.

If I do not receive a response within 1-3 business days, I will file a fraud case with my credit card company and consent they can pursue to the fullest scope of the law for money defrauded.

I have been a long time LA Clippers fan and dislike the fact that the return of a deposit for $200 refund reflects badly and negatively on your organization's sales department based on deceptive interaction with Jonathan Brady.

I look forward to response in the immediate future. We have waited patiently, but enough.
