I went to the store where I usually shop at Loro piana me and the whole family which we spent thousands of dollars almoston the monthly basis and I guess I am number one customer at this location as far as spending,

I was treated very unprofessionally disrespectfully by one of the employees that we had an issue with previously because I refused to work with him

because Im used to one of the cells Associate that work for the place and he got mad because I choose to work with The person we are used to. so this guy for some reason left the store he is no longer working for the store when I went there this time he was trying to make me feel like Im not welcome Even though he knows me and he knew we spent thousands of dollars as I mentioned previously Im still working with his director at the store because she called an apologiz.

Im gonna escalate this to the end of it.

Im not gonna let it go. This kind of people dont deserve our money.

They have to treat customers with full respect. They cannot be racist to the customers for any reason.

By the way, the location is The meats packing district in Manhattan, New York,

This is not Loro Piana. They won’t see your post.

People that spend thousands a month on clothing don’t go online to complain. Much less through incorrect channels as you are here. They don’t whip out their phones to record people like a 15 yo girl. They do not write with poor English, poor punctuation and misspelled words.

They do not claim a loss when there isn’t one.

And finally they do not passively-aggressively ask for a call back from a manager. They already know who to call and how to reach them.
