Customer nonexistent problems with online return attempt and procurement of return label
Phone numbers to reach company on google search are not correct. Email to company same. No way to contact Lorna Jane USA to process return. Internet return form online could not be completed order number not designated anywhere on confirming email or on packaging. How do I complete the return of goods? DonnaStone

On September 2, 2022 I ordered and paid for an order. It has not been shipped. I cannot get any information from Lorna Jane. No telephone calls are answered. The "chat" feature on customer service doesn't work. I need information or I will cancel my payment with my credit card company.
