Do not buy Lorex. 3 DVR replacements in a two year period. Replaced hard drive didn't work so no customer service support help I know that it is out of warranty but still no going the extra mile to replace the unit and to keep a customer. Never recommend this product to anyone

They acknowledge that they received it when I spoke to a representative, but it still doesn't indicate that on my online account.
