Resolved: Sent wrong shirt and it was also wrong size
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After 7 emails and advising company of review they finally refunded my full amounts. I still wouldn't do business with them again due to cheap material and issues with getting refunds for their mistakes.
Today I got an email back, after several angry ones from me. They wrote about how expensive international shipping costs are so would I take $28 for a $38 dollar purchase.
I emailed back that I felt of the costs of international shipping were so expensive then that would be an incentive to get orders right. I feel like they just ate trying to get any $ for the coy.
Why should I pay for their mistake? I declined the offer stating I'm not paying for their mistake and that if they were a reputable company they'd refund my total order amount when I first told them they sent the wrong order
What I received was a cheap polyester shirt that was nothing like a sweatshirt. When I contacted them the had the audacity to offer me an $18 refund when I paid over $34!
I declined the offer and have yet to hear back from them. "Sweatshirt" was basically a cheap, polyester garment you'd get from someplace like Temu but for a third of the price.
