I ordered three sweaters. After contacting them and them telling me that theyre working on my order and that they cant find it but they are working on it, I found it in the middle of the road.
I have no idea how long it had been there. It was destroyed out of the three sweaters. I was able to salvage one the other ones from being run over were full of mud and had holes in them. Ive had multiple emails with them going back-and-forth now theyre asking me for AI ordered three sweaters.
After contacting them and them telling me that theyre working on my order and that they cant find it but they are working on it, I found it in the middle of the road. I have no idea how long it had been there. It was destroyed out of the three sweaters. I was able to salvage one the other ones from being run over were full of mud and had holes in them.
Ive had multiple emails with them going back-and-forth now theyre asking me for a tracking number, which I cannot give them because the bag was actually so destroyed. Now theyre telling me I have to go through UPS or USPS and report it but I have no tracking number so they wont take anything. Ive asked for a supervisor to contact me which has not happened either. I offered to send everything back including the damage package so they could see what happened.
I have not gotten a response to that comment either at this point I just want my money back for the two destroyed sweaters.
I have no problem keeping the third I was able to clean it. This is so sad because I was a loyal Lord & Taylor customer before this.

I ordered a perfume from Lord and Taylor and received the fragrance, unwrapped/no cellophane wrapper on the box and had already been slightly used. The box was wrapped in a strip of Saran Wrap.
The fragrance was shipped from fragrance world which is a grey market company with a very poor/unreliable business reputation online. When you order fragrance from a department store, you expect that you are purchasing a new perfume from a reliable source and not a grey market, secondary source. I contacted the two avenues of customer service contact provided on lord and Taylor website(email and text)several days ago with no response. The chat function on the website does not work and there is no telephone number provided to speak with customer service.
Do not order from lord and Taylor as they have been bought out and are no longer the reputable, high end department store that they once were and are now an online only third party seller and who knows where the products are coming from. Lesson learned.

I attempted to cancel order made on 11/21 but never received follow up. The order is unfulfilled and I e received no refund.

Lord and Taylor has never responded or contacted me. However, on 12/1/23 I received auto generated notification order is shipping. As of 12/10/23, the shipment is still on its way to USPS.
I have emailed Help@***r again to request a refund, no response yet. I do not recommend ordering from L&T now that theyre strictly online.
Service has been poor and if youre able to reach anyone, all they do is send requests to other depts. Theres no help.
