I went to exchanged a pair of uggs with both gift and and regular receipt. I wanted to just change the color. The manager in wayne NJ told me they could not exchange it and on top of that he was trying to make me pay an extra $150. When i asked how the question could not be answered. That is completely ridiculous. I will never shop at their store again.
