- - Damaged item; after back-and-forth, a 15% refund was offered.
- - Full refund only if I ship the item back to Hong Kong from Texas at my expense.
I'm sure this is not a common occurrence that companies just get away with right? The item I ordered came damaged so after a lot of back and forth, they offered me 15% refund.
When I told them I don't accept that offer, they said they would give me a full refund but I would have to ship it back to their headquarters in Hong Kong out of pocket. I'm in Texas, I'd be paying more to ship it back than I would be getting as a refund.
