I ordered a particular product, which has not been delivered to me, I have contacted this useless Loopy Aura Co on a number of occasions with no response.
I want a full refund of my order.

Tracking No:RU66899****NL. You can not tell customers to track their order and then abdicate your responsibility when orders don't arrive.
Customers pay your salaries, you can not treat them as badly as you do. Loopy Aura you are responsible for the order untill customers receive the order that they have paid for

Completely dissatisfied with product
I purchased a bra and it is of the poorest quality. I could not even get it to maintain its shape before I put it on.
I have never seen such garbage. Now I am being told that I cannot get a refund.
Do not buy from this company!!! I never ever write reviews but felt compelled to do so.

Damaged product with no resolution.
I'm sure this is not a common occurrence that companies just get away with right? The item I ordered came damaged so after a lot of back and forth, they offered me 15% refund.
When I told them I don't accept that offer, they said they would give me a full refund but I would have to ship it back to their headquarters in Hong Kong out of pocket. I'm in Texas, I'd be paying more to ship it back than I would be getting as a refund.
