Having to replace a loop for the third time on 1case

I looked to see about ordering another loop for my case( will be 3rd one on I case that is less than 2 years old). I looked to order one and shipping was as much or more of cost of loopy! Could I get free shipping?

Case does not fit

Hi! This is Laura Narron! I have received a loopy case for Christmas from one of my family members and the case does not fit my phone correctly. Id there any way that I can send the case I have back to yall and you can send me one that fits my phone case?

I ordered the case on the 10th of September and there is still no tracking even tho it says its shipped . Its still sitting . There is no way to speak to a person at all . I feel like this is a bad way to do business
