I cannot purchase or buy songs or tracks from the Loud Cloud system. When I try to purchase, it says purchase error.

Recently i bought a vocal sample from one of your packs and used it in my new upcoming track,the distribution company told me they rejected the release and got complaint ,pls see the message below and let me know what i have to do to clear my track,thanks
Before we proceed, could you please confirm whether you own 100% distribution rights to all content on this release?
As a reminder, by agreeing to the TuneCore Terms and Conditions, you have: (a) legally represented to TuneCore that you control or have obtained all rights required to exploit the Recordings (including the art/images you associate with such Recordings); (b) agreed that we may, in our sole discretion, disable access to any master recordings or other materials with respect to which we receive a complaint; and (c) agreed that we shall deduct any and all revenues from your account which are received in connection with Recordings if we believe, in our good faith discretion, such Recordings violate the TuneCore Terms and Conditions.
Preferred solution: Legal information to know how to use vocal sample and not getting rejected from label and as well to make sure that no other producer used the same vocal somewhere else and released it. So i want real information and help concerning this issue
