My original pair was too small. The hoops I had to jump through to return was outrageous and I had to pay $16 to return with the required USPS tracking number.
My new pair never arrived!
They wont refund me for the product and had the nerve to suggest I file a police report. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Verified ReviewerScam!! Horrible customer service…
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 11/25/21 during Black Friday Sale. It was sent to the wrong zip code when I got my confirmation email, I reached out and they said that I would have to wait for the shoes to get back to them.
A few weeks later, they send another email, again to the same wrong address they wouldnt help me, said that I needed to wait again.
I called USPS and after 2 hrs on hold and then driving 1 hour away to get the shoes I got there and surprise they only sent 1 pair of shoes and now they have stopped answering my emails and are not refunding me for the 2nd pair I never received. Scam disgusting people. Its been 46 days since I placed my order.
1/10/22. Dont do business with these people.

They are a scam
On December 28th, I decided to order some shoes from a company called Loom. That was was a huge mistake!
After I ordered the shoes I decided to look at their Facebook page there was a large number of complaints about their products and their return policy. I checked their website and it said I had 24 hours in order to cancel my order from the time it was placed. So I decided to cancel my order 15 minutes after I initially placed my order. I received an automated email from the company that was based in China what she said they will get back to me within 72 hours.
I've been automatically contacted my credit card company and this website to explain to them that I feel like I have just gotten scammed. Well about 48 hours later I received an email from Loom stating that they could not cancel my order that they had already shipped the shoes. This was a direct violation of their own return policy! Well I received the shoes today from UPS and I probably gave it back to the driver and stated return this to Sender I don't want them.
My credit card company informed me that was the only way to get my credit back. Do not buy from the loom look at the Better Business Bureau website about them everything is less than 2 Stars

I ordered a pair of womens waterproof shoes ( size 9) on June 18 2021. I live in the usa and still not received my order.
Just wondering how long will take for you guys to deliver my shoes? Please let me know.

Resolved: Took my money and left me with nothing
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After many more emails, time passing by, they tried to convince me to wait for the stock to be available - apparently, the size I wanted is missing and they decided to say that only after I paid for the shipment of the shoes back to them.
I demanded a refund as they gave me false information and I finally receive it.
Overall, I lost the $40 on shipment but it could have been much worse. Stay away from those fake brands you never heard before with shiny commercials!!!.
In November 2020 I ordered shoes after seeing a very appealing commercial on Loom Footwear, which seems like a good product with a fair price. Two or three months later I received the shoes in the wrong size, therefore I couldn't make any use of the shoes.
I tried to approach customer service, and they ignored my emails over a period of 3-4 weeks Roughly 6-7 emails.
After I left a comment on one of their Facebook sponsored posts, the customer service answered my email, apologized and said I can send the shoe to be replaced with the right size. I paid the extra money for the shipping. It was shipped with tracking and I emailed them every single day after it was delivered. it took them 7 days to reply after the package was delivered when I was nearly about to give up.
They said they were sorry for the delay and will update when they have shipping details of the new shipment. It's been a month since then, and again they ignored about 8 emails I sent them.
I am left with nothing and all my angry emails are being ignored. They opened several Facebook pages and I found some recent posts, yet they ignore my emails and responses!

I never received the 2nd pair and they keep giving me the run around even suggested I file a police report.
