I have sent so many emails explaining my situation with two replies, both with the same generic reply. I have explained I live in a small village with no shops or drop-off points.
Also, very importantly, I have chronic health issues and can't drive. So, as I have explained on so many occasions, the only way to return the items is by you sending a courier to pick up the items.
I did try this myself, but I hadn't paid enough postage, so unfortunately, the parcel was returned to me. Please can you arrange for a courier to pick up the parcel, as I am very unwell at this moment, and this is becoming all too much for me.

I am disabled and can't get out to a drop-off point. I live in a small village without shops.
I have sent about 6 emails, most of which were not replied to, and the one that was completely ignored my problems due to my disabilities. I had asked if they could arrange for a courier service as I can't get to any drop-off points. In the end, I paid for one myself, which was £6.50 but was returned to me as it actually cost £9.30, I think. So does it mean I now have to pay another £9.00 through no fault of my own?
The whole episode has been a complete and utter nightmare. I am going to contact Martin Lewis to explain how I have been treated. And the fact it seems to be impossible to talk to someone on the phone seems to show a great deal about your company. So am I now going to have to pay out another £9.00?
Don't bother.
I am utterly disgusted by the whole sorry situation. What a way to run a company.

When you have replied it has been only a generic answer

I recived my Lookiero box and already sended back unwanted items but I keep one item the problem is that I cant finish the procedure as in app still showing that my box is arriving in December so I dont have option to pay for my item.

I have my Lookerio parcel here, have taken a peek, and it looks good. I would like to be given more time to try the stuff on.
As it's a fabulous service and I hate shopping, I'm just out of the hospital and need more time to catch up on life, etc. So, can you please refund my money ASAP as I need it since I'm off sick from work right now while I get better? Can someone call ASAP please? I'm currently in my house recovering.
