Refund request
Flight out of CID was delayed due to plane issues. My connecting flight would have been missed, and I would not get to my meeting. Delta offered a full refund, and I have to call you.

This company is a scam!! Don’t use them!!!
- - They were told the airline would change, but upgrades and paid seats were not added.
- - They have been calling for a week with no callbacks.
We booked our flight through them and shortly after they called us and said they have to change airlines. When they did they did not add the upgrade or assigned seats, which we had paid for. We have been calling for a week and nobody calls us back!!!
