My hair was butchered
- - Stylist added layers despite my request for no layers; the company refunded my money.

The girl hacked and put layers all through my hair when I said no layers!! The company did refund my money and manager looked at my hair and kept apologizing.
She said nothing could be done except to keep trimming bottom and let layers grow out. She could not exeplain and looked at my hair with concern.

I went to the saint peters location and wanted highlights, she put me under a heat dryer then left for her lunch for a hour. She then washed my hair and combed it and it all fell out.
She fried it.
She gave me a chemical cut no blow dry and charged me 170 bucks. Terrible place don't go for hair color I lost 8 inches of my hair.

i was at the jungermann location in st charles/st peters area. had to go to another place to get haircut fixed.
it was unbelievable how bad it is. when she said ya all finnished i bout died. my hair is short a one on side an finger height spike on top.
center is shaved out the blend hasnt been touched and she didnt do anthang on the back. so there just patches shaved out.

Had terrible experience in Edwardsville il.
Had color on roots few days ago. Decided it was too dark so returned back for highlights.
Amy was not in but two other girls were sitting and talking to each other looking totally bored.
They said they could not help me because one girl was going was going for lunch and one was leaving for day!
No mention about the rest of staff coming in after 3:00 pm.
Very dissasfied with cold contact on staff. This needs to be remedied!
