Problems with brand kit
Never use this company!! They are a scam! Have had trouble with link and trouble with my account information not only showing Ive paid but not letting me use the services Ive paid for.
Ive explained the situation via email to 5 different people because they have someone new writing each time with another link to fix the problem myself.
Ive sent proof Ive paid and forwarded the link and proof of payment to them for them to fix it.
You cant get thru on chat and their phone number says to leave a message for a call back which doesnt happen.
Today I was told Id be refunded only to be charged again!
They are a dishonest scam of a company!!
My experience with them has been the worst experience Ive had with a service!

Problems with brand kit
The service I bought doesnt work and theyre giving me the run around.
I paid for their business kit and my payment doesnt show on their site.
Im given links that dont work and told to go on my account to fix the problem
myself and I cant fix it because the interface on my account isnt working.
Ive explained the same thing to five different people and each time they send me a link to fix it myself.
Ive shown proof that Ive paid and a link to my account but they wont fix it.
Today I was told theyd refund me and instead they charged me again!!
