Great product, lack of customer service and disorganized business.

1st the order was not correct. 2nd after reaching out to Loog, they fixed it by charging me twice and reordering, missing the estimated delivery before Christmas deadline.

3rd after receiving what I ordered I didn't have full digital access to the two products I purchased for additional digital access for the equipment. 4th After researching their website on how to use BOTH Backstage passes when confirming two were purchased and paid for, that the piano with duo lingo came with the same access to Backstage pass. Essentially paying for 3 and only getting access to 1. The 5th is I am home today going through the mess trying to set the late Christmas gifts up for the kids, there is no customer support available other then to leave a message and wait for a response from Loog having over charged me more then $300 to my account, and not everything I ordered.

I am left with no answers. Wish me luck.

For what we do have its not bad quality if I can say something good.
