Absolut Ly no contact from Longleat at allthey don't carei want a refund

Original review Oct 24, 2022
i Booked tickets for the Festival of Light for December after googling closing times
which stated 3-10pm, i booked for Thursday evening after work.
i paid £3 extra for ticket protection
The tickets cost me £30 each, i purchased 2 tickets I thought i would double check the times of closure as living in Bristol and finishing work at 5pm, we would be entering the festivial at 6pm
After trying to ring longleat and waiting for 20 mins for someone to answer, to be told that the festival finishes at 7pm-these times were not suitable for me, due to work commitments.
I emaled asking for a date change, which they were unable to do for me so then
I emailed them to ask for a refund the day after booking tickets, to be told that a form had to be filled out ( bearing in mind i paid £3 for ticket protection for cancelation)
I filled the very complicated form out. I sent it off to them be told because My reason for wanting to cancel did not suit them so no refund allowed WtfWtf
for somthing that was suppose to be a nice evening out turnt into complete stress and anger
Longleat you need to up your game , customer service and phone answering skills
totally disgusted with how i have been treated
£60 is a lot of money and i tried to cancel a day after getting my tickets
I have made sure everyone i know will not be attending the festival of light this year
