Have order windshields years ago and no problems. Ordered 2 windshields on May 2/2021 which were 8 dark tint and got only 1 windshield 9 light tint which was totally wrong Emailed and phoned told what happened which they shipped out.
May 25/2021 got the 1 windshield which was right but still missing the other windshield Have emailed twice and no response. The product is good but no service

They sent me two windshields. I returned them both. They ship their windshields in plastic bags!...not boxes.
First they shipped one of the windshields to the wrong person in another state. He then shipped it to me. I then shipped it to Long Ride Shields.
Both windshields were returned...never removing protective film. They are telling me that one is damaged and the other one never arrived...even though I have tracking numbers and USPS notifications of delivery to them. I asked for photos of the damage (which you would think they would've sent me first thing. No photos! They're trying everything in their might to not refund me for two windshields.
I'm just warning anyone who is thinking of buying a shield from Long Ride Shields. Go with Klock Werks!

long Ride Shields might make a good product, if you can get it, or if you can get in contact with them, but don’t count on it!
Wrote 2 emails, been on hold twice for over an hour..luckily paid through PayPal, will file a claim...always use PayPal, they will get your refund for you, the only way to go when purchasing on the internet.....
Customer service sucks!!!!!!!! Never again will I order from this company.
I placed a shield and a cleaning bundle, I received the shield, but not the other...thank goodness it wasn’t the other way around..who does business like this...will not return emails or answer phones! I think the phone lines are a bunch of BS! They will not answer...ever!!!!

Ordered a 8" shield and windshield trim. Took almost a month to ship, emailed several times asking for status and received a generic "very busy" response.
When it finally did ship, the order was incomplete! I called...no answer! Left messages and emailed 3 times. 24 hours later I received an email stating the windshield trim was being produced!
I specifically ordered the one I did because the website said it was in stock... NEVER AGAIN! This company is ridiculous to deal with! The shield has provided more "Buffeting" that I expected but I know they will not answer my calls...just chock up the loss I guess!
Personally, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Although the product seems sturdy, the holes didn't line up perfectly and time will tell how it holds up.

Not worth the money

- - It is weaker and shakes on the highway, not better than Honda's standard.
Not worth the money. To remove the buffeting, you need to raise it as high as it goes, just like the standard windshield.
The problem is you're now looking through the windshield and the windshield is distorted because of the bend. Also, the material is not as strong as the standard windshield, so when you're on the highway, the windshield vibrates and shakes from the wind. Very disappointing. I purchased this windshield, because I ride the highways a lot and I enjoy looking over the windshield more than looking through the windshield.
It doesn't solve that problem, so it's no better than the standard windshield from Honda. Don't waste your money.

I Ordered a Long Ride Shields 8 inch medium tint ultra flip-up windshield online.(http://www.harleyshields.com) and got it two days later. I had a hard time deciding which height to order so I called their customer support and they helped me figure out which one I needed.
They ended up being pretty much right on. Installing it took a few minutes. Works alot better than the stock windshield.
Had it for over a week with no problems or scratches. Clear windshield, works good, so all in all i give long ride shields a two thumbs up!
