I ordered online and never heard back from this company. They took my money and charged my credit card though the minute that the order was placed.
When I called the number on the website a week later to find out what was going on, I received a message that said that the mailbox was "FULL". This web site appears to be nothing but a scam to take money from people. They should be reported to the attorney general and the website shut down to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future. Please do not order from this company!

Ripped me off. I paid for latisse - they said got lose in mail - where is my latisse?
Reimburse me - wow they were rude when I asked about that. I ordered from these guys - no confirmation email. Called them - got a voicemail - at least they can answer the phone. Return the call like 7 days later.
Talk about poor customer service. So now I am out $89 plus shipping and no product.
I have asked my credit card company to help in a chargeback - hopefully I can get my money back, what a huge waste of my time and possibly my money. Do not rec.

update. This customer's complaint was followed and settled in a timely manner. Post office lost the package and we investigated and reconciled it.
