This company is absolutely horrible and our family wasted almost $250,000 using the construction contracting services of Tim and Nicole Branch at LoneStar Roofing Remodeling & Outdoor Living. Avoid this company named LoneStar Roofing Remodeling & Outdoor Living and this couple at all cost as you can see for yourself the disaster they caused at our house.
All of the pictures pasted below or that I have put on websites on the internet are how they left our home after they took the $250,000 and informed us they have no intention on finishing the project. The public needs to know exactly what type of scam Tim and Nicole Branch are running under the name LoneStar Roofing Remodeling & Outdoor Living destroying a families home. The fence was torn down and the yard is riddled with piles of trash from this home renovation project. In the pictures you can see that the bathroom that was added on to the house is only framed out and has no tile, fixtures, shower, toilet, mirrors, a vanity, sinks, lighting, plumbing fixtures and a bathtub.
In looking at the home you will see numerous examples of horrible workmanship where there are gaps in the building of new doorways, holes in the ceiling along with the wall where measurements were miscalculated. In the course of the uncompleted project the primary contractor and the sub contractor could not work in a professional manner together, so the homeowner had to act as the mediator to ensure construction would continue. A new microwave was purchased at a value of $1,200 and was to be installed in the addition to the kitchen. The microwave was wired into a 220 volt electrical system and the appliance was destroyed.
Currently there are 2 heating and air conditioning systems wired into the same breaker inside the breaker box. This project has demonstrated that Tim and Nicole Branch are ineffective contractors and dishonest people that only saw dollar signs without any consideration of the family they would be impacting.A
