Dirty and they took my money without authorization!

I decided to try this crossfit out. After about a week, I decided it wasn't for me. This is the only gym that allows dogs to run around in (yes while I was stretching I had a dog come up to me and lick my face). It didnt help that im allergic to dog dander so after every work, if i didnt take meds before, I was sick afterwards due to all the dog hair on the floor. So, I didnt go back after the month was up but still got charged for the next month. I was not aware that it was a membership and that funds would automatically be taken out. I called and talked to Jen. She was very nice and I explained the situation and she said my money would be refunded. After 2 weeks and nothing, I called back and she said the owner forgot. 2 more weeks and nothing. I had to have my credit card deal with it.

Horrible customer service

First time ever going to a crossfit gym: I heard from a friend his crossfit box had a 7 day free trial so of course I was all for it. So I show up at lonestar crossfit (45 minutes from where I live) and speak with Jen. I tell her I'm there for the free seven day trial and she gets me all set up with the paperwork and such. Class went by and I returned the next day for my next class. The following class I went to(#3) we're tod to line up so we can sign in for class. So I get in line and when I get to the front there is jen, signing people up. I tell her I'm there on the 7 day trial and she says "oh about that..." and pulls me to the side. Long story short she tells me there never was a free 7 day trial and that she didn't know who I spoke with about it but it was only supposed to be one free class. Ok that's fine with me but what really got me was what happened next. After standing there- ready for an awesome workout, having drove 45 minutes to get to this place, Jen tells me that the class I was about to start was full. :0 literally my heart sunk as she just sat there waiting for my response. I asked if I could still do the workout and she said "no it's full." worst customer service ever. So I left without saying anything as she yelled out for me to "have a good day" -__- I did NOT join this crossfit box and you could NOT pay me to Return there. If it hadnt have been for jens rudeness I would have paid 100+ a month to join that mediocre place. Thank God I didnt...

Wow! I cant believe you had a bad experience.

I recently joined Lonestar and Jen was really helpful and the coaching staff has made me really feel at home.

I hope you can find a CF box closer to you home. Good luck!
