Our carpet cleaning was scheduled for Dec. 26th.

Theo called ahead of time and showed up on time.

The carpet looks amazing and all the stains were removed. This is the 2nd time we used the service and were very pleased.

I am waiting for a confirmation call for carpet cleaning. Just saw the last review now concerned that cleaner is not one I would allow in my home.

Wish me luck and a better outcome.

Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration--Worst service ever

We bought a Groupon service for Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration to have our carpet cleaned. We followed the instructions to request the service we paid for, by filling out an online for that was supposed to go directly to Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration. This was last Saturday, October 12, 2013.

However, since we didn't hear from them, I sent them an e-mail today to follow up. About 15 minutes later, I received a very irate, unkind call from them telling me that they don't even know who I am and where I live. hmm... My information is on the form we sent them. He said that they are "120% up to date" with all the requests they receive and that he didn't have mine. I told him that the money was already taken from my bank account and I don't know how these things work, but I just know that I am out the amount I paid them and nobody bother to contact me. The man on the phone, was not helpful, extremely rude and unprofessional. He said everything necessary to make me "understand" that he didn't want to deal with me and he was bothered by me asking why they hadn't contacted me. It was like I had done something wrong. I told him that this not how people are supposed to conduct business and that I was being kind to him, that there was not need to be so rude. He got even more rude and unkind and I had to hang up. I will never do business with people like this again!

I will contact Groupon tomorrow to request a full refund!
