Still waiting for action on my request
The response was far too late and did not answer my requirements
Absolutely no response
On 19/8 I made a request, via the chat interface, to change my order from 2 tickets 4/9 to 3 tickets 5/9 1430 performance.
I have not received any response, confirmation or otherwise re my request.
