They Canceled My Order due to damaged stock `and charged me a refund fee
- - Order canceled after payment; item damaged and out of stock, full refund issued.
- - Return fee of 2.98 kept; no response to multiple emails.
ot I saw a pair of shoes that I wanted that was not in stock. I emailed customer service to see if I can get an alert when they had them in.
I received an email from *** in customer service. He told me the shoes were in stock in my size and I went to the website and ordered them. I paid 54.95 and another 2.98 for a return fee. I got a confirmation email right away.
The next day I received a notice that my order was canceled and I would get a full refund. I asked why and I was told that the item was damaged and there were no more in stock. I then got an email showing my refund for the amount of the shoes but they kept the money for the refund fee. I emailed them letting them know that they canceled the order and I did not return them.
That is what the fee was for. I have emailed them at least 5 times about this and have yet to receive a response.
They have yet refunded me that return fee. `
