Hello. I am flying with Ryanair on the 20th of June to Gran Canaria.
I was wondering can I be dropped off at the terminal, as I am unable to walk far, due to needing a hip replacement. That is due in July. Also, can I get special assistance to help me onto the flight and also at the other end?

Totul a decurs foarte bine. Avand in vedere ca am uitat un bagaj in aeroport as dori un raspuns si solutionarea cat mai repede.Va multumesc si astept cu mare interes raspunsul dvs.
A fost foarte aglomerat și, având cu mine copilul bolnav, am uitat bagajul la centrul de control. Vă rog să-l trimiteți înapoi și să nu-l aruncați. Pot să vă spun ce este în bagaj.

the people from Wizz Air canceled my flights and put a ban on me and I didn't get any money back, plus that's why I also have a membership more than that I lost the appointment that I waited for three months with my little boy who has health problems and I lost because of them I want this problem solved please!!!!
I don't understand why the airport forbade me to travel without any reason, I had a flight today, my wife and my son had a very important appointment in Romania, I waited 3 months to arrive with my boy who suffers from autism and we couldn't make it

Missed my flight despite arriving at the security more than 3 hours before the flight.
We arrived very early, dropped our bags and got to security check 2 hours 45minutes before the due time for our flight to take off. Going through security took us 2hours 15mins, and by the time we went through the gate was closed; due to no fault of ours.
We were not able to collect our bags till 11:30am. No flight again for that day or even the next in Luton. We had to go to Gatwick to join another flight the next day which we have to pay for.
The staff were nasty, not compassionate at all, it was a very terrible, stressful, tiring and costly experience. We saw people with children, elderly people collecting back their bags, no this is very bad!
User's recommendation: My recommendation is to the Airport authority - they need to get more staff and open many lines to cater for the number of guest going through their airport. My word to customers is to use other airports until Luton Airport is sorted out.

We missed our flight due to road closures as a result of bad weather i have a newborn 1 year old 4 and 7 year old all very excited and wasn't given any help no compensation no offer of assistance i was told to go back to easy jet who said the airport is liable and have been passed from one to the other appalling service we lost thousands missing our holiday

I am very disappointed by the situation that occurred, I came with my child and my pram was lost, under the pram was the bag from the pram, in that bag there is baby milk, diapers, clothes, gifts that I bought from airport (perfume, sweets), makeup, my jacket, wet wipes, a bag, etc. I urgently need both the pram and the things I had in the cart.
