Worst appliance store place in London
Purchased an appliance from them and it died within an week and then I got the run around for two months before being told to get lost.
Never buy from this company ever. They are absolute *** artists and will sell you complete junk.
I put my trust in them when I purchased their product and they refused to stand behind it in the least.
The owner was a very mean and lied to me directly on a number of occasions. They operate a store in Woodstock as well, be aware of that one too.
Bought a fridge, which doesn't work. They dented the door. Can't get it fixed or a refund!
I bought a *new* fridge from this guy 4 months ago. He SAID it was new at least.
The computer was replaced three times, but it keeps burning. Now they won't fix it because "it's my fault the computer is fried"? I didn't know it had a computer when I bought it! When they delivered it they dented it, and said they would change the door when they got another one in, which was four months ago.
I called kitchenaid to buy a new door and they said the fridge is "THREE YEARS OLD!!!", and recalled because of electrical problems??? They don't have any doors because they scrapped them all?
WTF! Kitchenaid gave me $400 to take it away and I paid $1499 plus HST!

Never buy from these *** artists! I bought a front load washer and dryer set from Gavin or Kevin.
He told me it was new with a 1 year warranty. After they were delivered (and they damaged my floor-$2700 to fix), the washer didn't work! They wouldn't come to fix them because they said I wasn't using them right? So I called whirlpool and was told they are 8 years old, and they were to be used for parts, NOT RESOLD!
They are both written off by whirlpool for major defects and could be unsafe!!! TOTAL SCAM!
That's probably why the *** didn't give a receipt because I paid cash. They won't even send someone from whirlpool to fix them if I paid for it!
