Delivery not a priority
My paper delivery is sporadic at best. Whenever I complain to the LFP they don't seem to care less about solving the issue - by getting someone or a team capable of delivering the paper on days it is published. The newspaper biz is one that is dying and customer service like theirs is just speeding up the process.
