London Bridge Resort

We have continuously made attempts to communicate with London Bridge Timeshare about dissatisfaction and issues we have had and inquire about any reasonable offer they can make to allow us to dissolve the ownership. Additionally, we have paid a significant sum of money to be debt-free only to find ourselves drowning in a sea of more debt with perpetual fees, assessments, and other hidden charges that are sinking us further and further into a financial downfall. The mortgage was paid in full because we presumed erroneously that this would allow us a little breathing room in our budget but what we found is the costs of maintaining this (unbeknownst to us) would increase in nearly equal measure and expense. We are on a fixed income, we are despairing how we might afford to even live or purchase necessities when we are paying this out to London Bridge. To compound the concerns, we cannot even get a reply to an email or a letter. We have no heirs thank goodness. It has been over 10-years since we last used this timeshare, and that is not for lack of trying. In any case, no access for 10-years yet the demands for payments always present. We want out, and we feel that they owe us the last 10-years of maintenance fees at a minimum. We want others to know that this is not the dreamboat travel experience you are promised, and the shine you see is not what it seems, it is a sinking boat filled with holes covered over by duct tape that slowly moves towards the bottom of a swamp so that you are painfully aware of every sinking, hopeless, mistaken moment you are stuck aboard it. I would say you do not own anything, but that would be untrue, you do own debt and you are agreeing to carry dead weight around your neck with each stroke of the pen you make across the London Bridge contract. We agreed to pay a specified amount and own with London Bridge, we honored that agreement, we paid that specified amount and then some. London Bridge did not honor the agreement they made, they continued to demand more and more money and they have not provided the luxury vacations perpetually they promised to provide. We want an end to this, we need someone to throw a lifejacket to us and help us escape this sinking boat.
