I wish to make a complaint about my local Banbury Londis store where my partner has been treated inappropriately as a customer and has been banned for an offence that has not happened. They have accused him of stealing a bottle of cider that he did not steal and have shown no evidence of the offence.

A member of staff punched him in the face three times and hit him in the back of the head when he wasn't aggressive or threatening to the man that did it. The man was an older man and is the only man who wears a turban that works in the shop. Today, I have been in, and I was 7p short, and they allowed my partner just to drop the 7p off later because I have a disability and use a rollator frame to walk with. When my partner went to hand it in, the woman behind the till refused to accept it, and even a customer being served offered to pay the 7p for us, but she also refused the customer as well.

So, I am upset by the whole situation because my partner goes out to get me stuff because of my disability, and we were regular shoppers in there. I am also worried because I have anxiety that they might try to ban me from going in because of being in a relationship with my partner.
