Awful Customer Service

Ordered a product on Amazon where the order was fulfilled by Lombardi Imports. The order states the package was delivered but it never arrived. Following Amazon policy in such situations tasks me with contacting the seller first to see if they can resolve the situation. I did so. If they refuse to work with the cu.stomer to resolve the problem then the customer contacts Amazon to correct the situation with the seller or issue a refund. In this instance the seller, Lombardi Imports, thinks the customer is not intelligent enough to follow Amazon's procedures and attempts to prey upon the sympathy of the customer by crying about their being a family owned business. That doesn't fix the issue. Nor do I give a rat's *** about any sympathy ploy they throw at me. After several emails to them they still haven't fixed the issue.

User's recommendation: Find another seller.
