Finally, after researching for a phone number and complaining online, we found out the product had been damaged and returned. We weren't offered a replacement; we were just refunded our money, which was great, but we wanted the product!

I have been ordering from Lollicup for a few years now, SOLELY because they do not require a minimum purchase on the syrups we use. Every single order is shipped via UPS, and every single order comes with at least one broken bottle.
They overpack boxes and only use inflatable sleeves. Sometimes if the box is leaking, UPS will send it back, sometimes they take the broken one out and repack whats left and attach the label. My order this week just had 2 boxes, and one was sent back, and one was delivered repacked, missing a bottle, and everything inside was sticky. Its like pulling teeth to get a hold of them anymore.
I used to be able to reply to my order confirmation with a photo of the shipment and theyd take care of it, but now those emails bounce back. Submitted a contact form but its been several days and still no response.

There doesn’t seem to be an issue, in that they’ve never responded. I tried every which way to get some help.
By not having any customer service, they completely ignore any problems from customers. I paid for 4 items & only received 3. They did this to me not many years ago & I gave up on them. Then I tried again & things were fine until this last robbery order.
They took my order & my money, then shorted me. What ultimate ***
I ordered 4 bottles of coffee syrup and only received 4 bottles. I would like to talk to someone about this.

Damaged product not delivered wont take my number for claim
I still haven't received a call or email. I spend 80 dollars and for nothing! I want a refund of my money or the product I paid for.
My order didn’t arrive in time

Ive order from here a few times before so I Knew to order at Least a week before I needed it. My ordered shipped and delivered, But it wasnt my entire order so I checked the site then got an email saying I left items in my cart.
So I was a little confused checked it and that was incorrect, so I waited until the next day to see if the rest would deliver.
I had not so I called the rep was very nice she check into for me and come to find out there was another tracking number attached to my order and the rest of the items wouldn't be delivered until the following week. If I had known I would've ordered from somewhere else my event is the next day not next week very disappointing being that I paid for shipping
