Extremely informal and dishonest
Purchased a photoshoot with Lola for Quince pictures, I gave her a deposit.
A week before our set date, she called to cancel and reschedule, however she is not available until next month, when I asked for a refund, she said she would not refund, I had to put a chargeback with my bank.
She is not honest in her business dealings and extremely informal with her clients. I am sorry I went to her and wasted almost 2 months waiting, now my daughter's birthday is coming and I do not have a photographer nor time, just a shame and waste of time and money.
If you go to Lola, use a credit card, at least you can make a claim to your bank if she fails to comply with her commitment!
