I work for LOI and I can say without doubt this is a fake review. We would never take on a case for anything less than £1500.

Also, it would appear, according to our software, these reviews have all come from the same person.

Given our registration with the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, our membership of the Institute of Professional Investigators and our Group Chairman being Sir Rupert Dewey, a Lawyer with the Supreme Court of the UK since 1978 we would not wish to tarnish our reputation in this way. We reserve the legal right to pursue action against false claims.

LOI Investigations is a fraud/scam private investigator service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The reviewer says LOI claims 44 staffed offices worldwide, which they dispute.
  • - They say LOI has one virtual London office and outsources work.

Website states "With 44 Staffed offices" - the claim is that LOI Investigations have 44 staffed offices all over the world, wow! In reality they have one virtual office in London and all work undertaken is outsourced to other agencies.

They certainly DO NOT have 44 staffed offices and never have done...

Can you trust a private detective agency that publishes blatant lies about itself?

Just ask for an address for any of their numerous overseas offices; ask to book an appointment at their office in Gibraltar or their office in Toronto or their office in Florida - you will find that this is all fake, they have no offices. This is a one man band operation that outsources work to other private investigators.

Buyer beware

Loss:
$1900
Pros:
  • Claims to have offices all over the world
Cons:
  • Those offices do not exist

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: find someone else

With 57 offices worldwide, both accredited and agencies we are partnered with in many countries, all with over 15 years of experience. All extremely knowledgeable and experienced, working within the legal framework and regulations for private investigators for the respective locations we operate in.

As a group we have over 30 years of experience in private investigation. We reserve the legal right to pursue action against fraudulent claims.
